We don't hand you a book — we hand you a reading habit. Every family's reader is different, so instead of one book for everyone, you get handpicked options for your child's exact stage and interests, every single month. You choose the book. We do the work of finding it.

FAQs & Policies
When will my first Cherry Mail arrive?
Join today to reserve your September Cherry Mail! Your payment secures your spot and includes your first envelope, which ships in September. You'll receive a confirmation email with your exact delivery schedule after signing up. To receive that month's mailing, sign up by the 25th — sign-ups after the 25th will begin with the following month's mailing.
Where do you ship?
Cherry Mail Club currently ships to addresses within the United States only. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to guarantee redelivery for mail sent to an incorrect address after it's shipped.
Can I change my address mid-membership?
Yes! If your family moves during your membership year, just update your address before the 1st of the month to make sure your next delivery arrives at the right place. Address changes made after mailing has begun that month may cause a delay in that delivery.
What if my Cherry Mail doesn't arrive?
We know mail happens! If your delivery hasn't arrived within 2–3 weeks of your expected date, email us at hello@mycherrypickedbooks.com and we'll look into it. Because we're shipping via USPS, we can't guarantee exact delivery dates — but if a delivery is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund for that month.
Is there a reading level or required book list?
No.We don't assign children to a reading level. Instead, every Cherry Mail Club includes a QR code with handpicked recommendations for a variety of reading stages, allowing you to choose the books that match your child's interests and abilities.
Is this a subscription with recurring charges — and can I cancel?
Yes, Cherry Mail Club renews annually. Your first year is $80 as a Founding Cherry Picker (regularly $99/year), covering all 12 monthly deliveries. Your membership will automatically renew at $99/year unless you cancel before your renewal date. You can manage or cancel your membership anytime through your account portal or emailing hello@mycherrypickedbooks.com.
Will my price stay $80 forever?
Your $80 Founding Cherry Picker rate covers your first year only. When your membership renews, it will renew at the standard rate of $99/year.
What is your refund policy?
Because each Cherry Mail delivery is planned, printed, and prepared in advance, we're not able to offer refunds for change of mind once a delivery has shipped. That said, if something arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn't arrive at all, reach out to us at hello@mycherrypickedbooks.com and we'll make it right.
