Shipping Policy

Thank you for being part of Cherry Mail Club!

Each Cherry Mail Club envelope is thoughtfully prepared and mailed once per month.

Shipping Schedule

Orders placed on or before the 20th of the month will begin with the following month's mailing.

Orders placed after the 20th will begin with the mailing after that, giving us time to carefully prepare your first envelope.

Your welcome email will let you know when to expect your first Cherry Mail Club delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is included with every Cherry Mail Club membership. There are no additional shipping charges for monthly mailings.

Delivery

Once mailed, delivery times depend on the United States Postal Service (USPS). Most members can expect their envelope to arrive within 3–7 business days, though delivery times may vary.

Address Changes

If you need to update your mailing address, please do so through your customer account before your next billing date. You may also contact us at hello@mycherrypickedbooks.com, and we'll be happy to help.

Lost or Damaged Mail

If your Cherry Mail Club envelope arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@mycherrypickedbooks.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
