Cherry Mail Club Cancellation Policy

Monthly Membership

You may cancel your monthly membership at any time through your customer account.

Because we begin preparing each month's mailing in advance, cancellations take effect before your next billing date.

If your payment has already been processed for the upcoming month, you'll still receive that month's Cherry Mail Club, and your membership will end before the following renewal.

Annual Membership

Your annual membership is billed once for 12 months of Cherry Mail Club.

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your customer account. Your membership will remain active until the end of your prepaid 12-month term, and you won't be charged again.

Because annual memberships are prepaid, we don't offer refunds for unused months after your first mailing has begun.
